Exceptional people for life and work on the water.

We make discreet, founder-led introductions across private and charter yachts. Every search is shaped around the vessel, itinerary, operating pattern and personalities onboard.

Our introduction-only model

Introduced by us. Engaged directly by you.

The Family Concierge Collective provides recruitment and introduction services. Successful professionals are employed or engaged directly by the client, vessel owner or operating entity. We do not employ candidates, operate crew payroll or supply temporary workers.

Clear arrangements protect everyone.

Credentials & readiness

Role-appropriate maritime certification, experience, documentation, medical requirements and availability are considered carefully.

Role & rotation

Responsibilities, reporting lines, working patterns, rest arrangements, accommodation and rotation are defined clearly.

Character & team fit

Technical capability matters, but so do judgement, discretion, communication and the ability to work well within a close onboard team.
